- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Paychex 401k Is a joke. Don't EVER open one with them. We are on our 3rd try to get my husbands distribution check. The first time they "got our address wrong" over a year ago. My husband kept putting it off. So we finally need it and try #2: got all the paperwork sent in, didnt hear from them for 3 weeks (check was supposed to be mailed in 10 days). Finally, I email paychex, they said I didn't send them a voided check. Completely wrong, it was in the attachments. I sent them the emails that were sent before, still nothing. Emailed them again the next week. Nothing. Finally, my husband calls, no record of him trying to receive a check. Seriously? Now they keep hanging up on me. I will be on hold for 20 minutes, then they hang up. DON'T OPEN S 401K WITH THEM!!!August 25, 2017by Mm Ss
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My employer recently switched to this. I absolutely hate it and they are no help. As an employee there is no way for me to get questions answered or any help.
