- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪2017 I chose Dr. Lund to do my arm lift with liposuction based on the information and video on the St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery website. I rely on my intuition a lot and I was drawn to Dr. Lund based on his energy. Previously I had a consultation elsewhere and walked out knowing I would not choose that surgeon or office to work with. Nothing terrible happened, I just wasn't getting the best vibe. After our consultation, I was certain that I would be in capable, highly skilled hands and well taken care of. And although this was my first surgery, I had no concerns going in. Dr. Lund, his nurse Andrea and the entire staff at the office did a great job putting me at ease and providing me with very detailed information. Something that is very important to me when chosing a product or service is the disposition of the office staff. It is important for me to work with people who are passionate about and enjoy their jobs because they tend to provide optimal service and results. I definitely experienced that at St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery, and each time I have been to the office, I have been treated like a good friend. One of the ladies even offered me a granola bar from her lunch when I mentioned I hadn't eaten. Everyone made me feel valued and that my time and business was appreciated. I am two weeks post-op now and was back to my normal (busy) routine by day 4 with some modifications. (I have 4 children ages 1 to 13.)
