- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Freedom insurance is absolutely horrible. I would stay away. They never follow through and make false promises. I had them rerun my insurance and they gave me my new rate, which was supposed to go into affect in April, for $25 cheaper per month. Now end of June, the wrong amount has come out 3 months in a row. They tell me that they will fix it, and refund the difference. When I called a few days ago, the manager stated that I now have until the end of July to find a new insurance company. All because I received a cheaper rate, signed the forms, then called to find out why it hasn't went into affect. They would rather lose me as a customer, after 7 years, because they didn't follow through on their job. Too bad there isn't a thousand insurance companies on Google that want my business.
